ABSTRACT
Andrew's order (Base 44 console): [SELF-BUILD from enhancement #1329] 1. Create breakthrough_cache table with BRIN index. 2. Add xxhash-based phase signature to agent lookup path. 3. Implement cache check before LLM, store on miss. 4. Add pgbouncer pooling. 5. Create systemd timer for 7-day pruning. 6. Run harness test comparing cold/warm latency. MERLIN: Understood — this is a platform build directive, not a research or trading task. I'll direct the swarm to create the breakthrough_cache table with a BRIN index, add xxhash-based phase signatures to the agent lookup path, wire cache-before-LLM with store-on-miss, enable pgbouncer pooling, set up a systemd timer for 7-day pruning, and then run the cold/warm latency harness test. Execution will begin immediately and results will be reported back. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. Part of the E8 Intelligence Research series. Platform: e8intelligence.com
