Title: Determination of Paeoniflorin in Egui-Yangxue Granule by HPLC Authors: Yang Li-ping Venue: Guiding Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy Year: 2008 Canonical: openalex:https://openalex.org/W2368351345 URL: https://openalex.org/W2368351345 Collector: openalex OA: false ABSTRACT Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Egui-yangxue Granule.Methods:Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm)column was used,the mobile phase was a mixed liquid with acetonitrile-0.05%H3PO4(16∶84).The detection wavelength was at 230 nm and the flow rate was 1mL/min.Results:A good linearity of Paeoniflorin was in the range of 92.5-740 ng and the average recovery was 99.32%.Conclusion: The method is rapid,sensitive and accurate.It can be used to controi the quality of Egui yangxue Granule.
